To empower poor and excluded communities through socio-economic development, strengthened local institutions, improved access to essential services, and sustainable community-led initiatives.

Strategic Objectives

• Promote sustainable livelihoods by identifying the economic potential of rural communities and supporting people to make productive and sustainable use of local resources.
• Improve access to health and education by providing appropriate support and opportunities for poor and excluded communities to improve their health and educational conditions.
• Develop rural infrastructure through community-focused initiatives including suspension bridges, trails, schools, drinking-water systems, irrigation, and micro-hydropower projects.
• Build local leadership capacity within ward-level committees.
• Promote research and innovation by studying the economic and technological potential of rural communities and identifying practical approaches for sustainable development.
