The Coffee and Macadamia Nut Value Chain Strengthening Project, implemented by SODEC with support from Changing Lives Nepal, aims to enhance farmer resilience, improve product quality and productivity, strengthen market linkages, and promote sustainable livelihoods through improved production, processing, and marketing of coffee and macadamia nuts in Sankhuwasabha, Nepal. The project emphasizes farmer capacity building, organic farming practices, producer networks, and local government ownership to ensure long-term sustainability.
